Programming Partner: The Harmony Project

Harmony Project is a non-profit organization created to connect communities across social divides through art, education, and volunteerism. The Project provides opportunities for individuals of different cultures, religions, ages, affiliations, and orientations to work together. The result: a stronger, more inclusive community.

Curriculum Partners: OSU Fisher College & Buckeye Leadership Fellows

The program’s content is developed in partnership with Faculty at The Ohio State University’s Fischer College of Business and staff of the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program (BLF) in the Office of Student Life at The Ohio State University.

ESC of Central Ohio Superintendent Tom Goodney had the following to say about COLA;

The ESC of Central Ohio is a proud partner in the COLA program, which has had a profound impact on the students over the past six years. The leadership transformation that occurs during the week-long program is remarkable. COLA helps these students realize their own leadership strengths and gives them tools for future growth. Not only will they benefit from this investment in their growth, but their communities will benefit as well.
