ESC of Central Ohio Superintendent Tom Goodney had the following to say about COLA;
The ESC of Central Ohio is a proud partner in the COLA program, which has had a profound impact on the students over the past six years. The leadership transformation that occurs during the week-long program is remarkable. COLA helps these students realize their own leadership strengths and gives them tools for future growth. Not only will they benefit from this investment in their growth, but their communities will benefit as well.
